Reflecting on my journey through the decades, particularly in my 20s and 30s, societal pressures seemed to emphasize decision-making through intellectual pursuits. Years of education had ingrained the habit of addressing every challenge with my mind. However, in my 50s, a transformative experience with a teacher steered me towards a different path—one that encouraged listening to my body, embracing sacred pauses, and tapping into the intuitive wisdom residing within.
